1. About this privacy policy

This Privacy Policy applies to your activities when you access or use our websites, applications, and other services, including activities that reference or link to this Privacy Policy (each activity, a "Service").

We may obtain personal information about you from the organization where you are employed or affiliated in order to activate and manage your access to and use of that organization's Service subscription, including:

 

Contact details such as your name and organizational email address, postal address and telephone number;

Other account registration information, such as job title; and/or

Organization user ID

(3) Data from other sources

 

We may also obtain your contact details and other information about you from our affiliates and other third parties, including:

 

The social network you are using when granting the Service permission to access your data on one or more social networks;

Service providers who help us identify locations to target certain products to your location;

Businesses with whom we partner to provide co-branded services or participate in joint marketing activities; and/or

Publicly available sources and data suppliers from which we obtain data to verify or supplement existing information.

 

(4 Data generated when using the "Service", including Cookies

For Educational Services, the course modules and exam questions you view, answer, or complete; and/or

For location-aware Services, this is the region, city or town where your device is located in order to provide you with content that is more relevant to your location.

We collect this data through our servers and using cookies and other technologies. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your hard drive by a web server in your domain and can be read by the server. We may use cookies and other technologies to store your preferences and settings, help you log in, serve targeted advertising and analyze site operations. 3. How we use your information

Depending on how you interact with us and the Services, we will use your personal information to:

If you are an administrator of an organization that subscribes to the Services, we will use your contact information to communicate to you information about your organization's subscription and related services. If you provide us with the contact details of your colleagues, we may contact them individually with information about the Services, and you may be mentioned in this process.

 

4. Share your information

If you access the Service through a subscription managed by your organization, your personal information and certain usage data collected through the Service may be accessed or shared with administrators authorized by your organization for their use Purposes include usage analysis, subscription management and compliance, training course progression, performance and remediation, cost attribution and department budgeting.

To enable our clients to comply with their legal obligations;

To carry out operations with your consent (if applicable); and/or to enable our clients to comply with their legal obligations;

To operate our business, protect the security of our systems, customers and users, detect or prevent fraud, or otherwise have legitimate interests described in Sections 2-4 above (unless the interest is overridden by your privacy rights).

Where we rely on your consent to process personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time; where we use legitimate interests, you may have the right to object to our processing of personal information.

 

6. Data retention

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, complete the transaction you have requested, or for other necessary purposes, including complying with legal obligations, maintaining business and financial records, resolving disputes, maintaining security, Detect and prevent fraud and abuse, enforce agreement content, and more. We will take various measures, including contractual ones, to ensure that information stored wherever it is protected continues to be protected in accordance with the protection standards required by applicable law.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 14, nor do we target children under the age of 14 on the Services.
